There are 3 simple steps to making a booking at Hamburger Hill -
1: Form the largest group you can from your friends & colleagues.
The more the merrier!
2: Contact us to check availability for the date you require.
We will then temporarily hold your booking.
3: Secure your booking by making a deposit (*1) for each of your group members, by the required date (*2)
We can accept late additions to your group, subject to availability.
It is possible to book our activities for exclusive use by your group.

Hamburger Hill – Bristol Outdoor Pursuits Centre is available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, for groups of 1 to 200 (subject to availability, contact us for details)
We recommend you visit our venue at any time during our opening hours to inspect our facilities prior to booking your event.
Bookings can be made by email, post or telephone
We are able to accept visa / master card, cash and cheque's

(*1)Booking deposit of £10 (per person / per activity) can be paid by cheque / cash / card/ bank transfer.
Deposits paid will be deducted from the total activity cost for each individual.
Deposits are paid to confirm and guarantee your booking.
In the event of non-attendance, deposits are non-refundable.
(*2)Required date is two weeks prior to the date of the event.
Where the date you require is within 2 weeks, deposits are required at the time of making the booking.
